ELEMENTARY PROGRAM

PRACTICE SCHEDULE:

Tuesdays at 5:00pm-6:15pm (younger group) and 6:15pm-7:30pm (older group)

Saturdays at 9:00am-10:30am (younger group) and 10:30am - 12:00pm (older group)

Groups will depend on the kids who register for the season - coaches will determine which class would best suit the child. 

Practices will comprise of fun fitness (i.e. dodge ball and agility focused games) as well as wrestling-focused technique, strength, and agility workouts.

AGES: Grade 1-6

SEASON: October 14, 2024 - March 24, 2025

COST: $375 per athlete*

*Plus AAWA and processing fees​

GEAR:

For practices, wrestlers will need a pair of clean indoor shoes, athletic shorts (no buttons, zippers, rivets, etc.), and a t-shirt.  Mouth guards are not mandatory but are recommended.

COMPETITIONS

There are usually 3-5 tournaments a year for the elementary age group. These are generally on weekends. Tournaments may require traveling to other cities within Alberta.
